Exporting A Magento Database using phpMyAdmin

Access phpMyAdmin and select the database you need to export.

Change “Compression” to bzipped.

Click the “Export” Tab.

Click the “Custom – display all possible options” radio button.

Click “Disable foreign key checks” checkbox.

Click “Add DROP TABLE” checkbox

Click “Go” button
